Events and Corporate Orders
We offer same day collection in Bristol for large events and corporate orders throughout the week depending on our availability. Please email us at info@ardeybe.com if you require same-day collection for a large order. Or visit our Catering Service page for personalised Catering service
UK Nationwide Deliveries
All dishes are carefully frozen to maintain their freshness. They are packaged and insulated in a temperature-controlled box, ensuring they stay cool for several hours, even if left outside. Our food boxes are dispatched via 24 -48 hour courier and will usually arrive a day after it was collected from us. All orders will be shipped every Monday and Wednesday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Our courier partners will either drop you an email or a text message advising you of a delivery slot. Our food can be frozen for 3 months but you will have to reheat before tucking in. Read our FAQs for more information and get in touch with us if you haven’t received your order two days after dispatch.
Please make sure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in. If you are ordering a gift for someone, please inform them to ensure they are expecting the delivery. All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been dispatched. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.
